MIMI Service Terms of Use

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, terms and conditions, and procedures between Resta Inc. ("Company") and customers ("Members") who use the MIMI service application or web pages ("MIMI") operated by the Company (the "Service").

Article 2. Definitions

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows. Terms not defined herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations and individual service guidelines, and otherwise by general practice.

1. Participating Institution means a medical institution, medical professional, or related entity that registers information about medical institutions, medical professionals, and medical services on MIMI for the purpose of promotion to Members.
2. Member means a person who has accessed the Service, agreed to these Terms, provided personal information to the Company to register as a member, and is able to use the Service on an ongoing basis.
3. Country means the country of nationality selected by the Member during the registration process.
4. Service means all online platform services provided by the Company to deliver information registered by Members and Participating Institutions related to medical services.
   • The Service is not limited to any specific device or terminal (including but not limited to PCs, TVs, and mobile devices).
   • The Service encompasses all MIMI-related web and app services, including services provided to users through programs or services developed or built by third parties using APIs published by the Company.
   • The service marks and or trademarks of the Service may vary by time, country, or region. Regardless of any changes to such marks or trademarks, the Service as defined herein shall be subject to these Terms.
5. User Content means reviews, ratings, photos, videos, text, and any other information or materials that a Member posts or submits through the Service, including but not limited to Community Content as defined below.
6. Community Service means the bulletin board-style community platform provided within the Service that enables Members to create posts, upload images, write comments, and interact with other Members' content.
7. Community Content means all posts, comments, replies, images, and other materials that a Member creates, uploads, or submits through the Community Service.
8. Community Nickname means the display name separately set by a Member for use within the Community Service, which may differ from the Member's registered account name.

Article 3. Posting and Amendment of Terms

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, its trade name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, and contact information in a manner that is easily accessible to Members within the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws, including:
   • the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
   • the Act on the Regulation of Terms
   • the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions
   • the Digital Signature Act
   • the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
   • the Door-to-Door Sales Act
   • the Framework Act on Consumers
3. When the Company amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment and post them together with the current Terms on the Service screen from seven (7) days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.
   • However, in the case of changes that are disadvantageous to Members, the Company shall provide at least thirty (30) days' prior notice within the Service and individually notify Members via SMS, messaging service, or email.
   • Individual notice may be substituted by posting if the Member's contact information is not registered or has not been updated.
4. If the Company provides notice or notification as described in the preceding paragraph and states that failure to express objection by the effective date shall be deemed consent, and the Member does not expressly object, the Member shall be deemed to have consented to the amended Terms.
